Transportation Planner
Ridhima Mehrotra is a transportation planner with over four years of experience in planning, urban design and architecture with public sector and non-profit agencies. Utilizing technical skills in GIS, data analysis and graphic design she highlights the connections between communities and transportation. Her background includes developing neighborhood sector plans with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and mapping community assets around nine future Purple Line light rail stations in Silver Spring, MD with National Center for Smart Growth (NCSG) at the University of Maryland, College Park under Partnership for Action Learning in Sustainability (PALS).
In the past, she was involved in sustainable planning and design of eco-tourism infrastructure development for various Indian wetlands and researching urban water issues with Arch-i Platform in New Delhi, India.
