Mike Kwan is a transportation planner with a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning and two years of experience in transportation planning. Mr. Kwan has had a key role in analyzing demographic needs, and developing GIS maps for the Idaho and Nebraska statewide intercity bus studies and North Central Regional Transit District’s Transit Service Plan Update. Mr. Kwan assists with the review of existing services, demographic analysis, conducting surveys, and analyzing survey data for projects including the Washington County, MD Transportation Development Plan (TDP). Mr. Kwan is dedicated to enhancing policy decisions and research through data-driven analysis, and he is proficient in conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences in writing and verbally.
