Chris Taylor is Regional Planner with three years of relevant transit experience currently assigned to the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration. Working out of the Office of Local Transit Support, Mr. Taylor serves as the regional planner for transit systems in Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett counties. He also serves on two committees. One of which oversees regular updates to the state-wide Transit Asset Management Plan. The other committee has oversight of the local transit system’s required establishment of a Safety Management Plan.
