Beth Hamby

Senior Associate

Beth Hamby is a transit planner and technical assistance specialist with more than 30 years of experience in public transit and specialized transportation. Her background includes rural and urban transit, paratransit, and coordinated human service transportation planning, technical assistance on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for transportation services and facilities, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) compliance assessments, and technical assistance to state-level transit grant programs. Ms. Hamby has conducted national research and technical assistance projects, and has authored several Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) reports. She brings past experience working for three transit agencies in operations, planning, and management roles.
