Nancy Huggins is policy planner with 18 years of relevant transit experience and is currently assigned to the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration as a program manager. Her areas of expertise include oversight of the Section 5310 Human Service Transportation, Senior Ride, Commuter Assistance/Rideshare and the Maryland Jobs Access Reverse Commute programs. Ms. Huggins also has experience with grant management, community transportation efforts, mobility management and conducting passenger studies.
