Jason Kepple is a regional planner with fourteen years of relevant transit experience currently assigned to the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration. He is computer literate, and experienced with a variety of planning responsibilities, including: land acquisition, project management, design collaboration, and client relationship management. Mr. Kepple is also well versed in entitlements (comprehensive plan amendments, re-zonings, special exemptions, site plans, subdivision plans, community outreach and public hearings) and has been a company liaison with numerous entities. These include clients, project team members of different disciplines, land use attorneys, and local, city, county and state officials.
