Group Staff Kevin Quinn Transportation
Planner Kevin Quinn has a B.S. in Political Science
from Goucher College, and a Masters in Public Policy (M.P.P.) degree from the
Johns Hopkins University. During undergraduate and graduate school, he worked
for several non-profit organizations, including the Citizens Planning and
Housing Association and the Center for Fathers and Workforce Development,
both located in Baltimore City. Mr. Quinn
spent time after college as an Environmental Planner for the Maryland Port
Administration working with the Port of Baltimore. After graduate school, he
accepted a position as a Community Planner with the Baltimore City Department
of Planning. In this role, Mr. Quinn
worked with community groups and residents of East Baltimore to ensure that
communities had a participatory role in development taking place in their
neighborhood. He was also responsible
for guiding development projects in East Baltimore through the Planning
Department, including zoning, architectural, and site plan reviews. Mr. Quinn
joined KFH Group in July 2006, on contract with the Maryland Transit Administration
as a Regional Planner for the Eastern Shore and Western Maryland. |
