Bruce P. Hojnacki

Bruce Hojnacki brings a finance and business management background to the KFH Group team.  Mr. Hojnacki specializes in developing and implementing policies and procedures, auditing, security, interdepartmental relations, vendor selection and management, negotiations, purchasing, facilities management, customer retention and growth, and training and motivating employees at every level all in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. 

Selected Experience

As Branch Manager and Business Development Officer, K Bank, Mr. Hojnacki developed both consumer and business customer relationships, trained and managed staff, and was responsible for numerous branch activities including audits, daily cash monitoring and negotiable instruments, implementing policies and procedures, and implementing “green” programs that saved energy costs at multiple branches.

As Vice President - Administration / Security Officer, Madison Square Federal Savings Bank, Mr. Hojnacki’s responsibilities and achievements included project management; analysis of institutional needs; negotiation of purchase and installation of equipment, hardware and software; development and maintenance of a comprehensive vendor management list; institutional audits; compliance with federal regulations; facilities management for all of the property owned and leased by the institution; security officer; human resources manager; and payroll officer.  Mr. Hojnacki was responsible for the development, training, and testing of the institution’s disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan.  He developed and executed plans to move several branch offices and the administrative office assuring the least disruption to the institution’s operations.

Since joining KFH Group, Mr. Hojnacki has assisted the Maryland Transit Administration as Regional Planner for the Western Maryland, responsible for grants management, compliance oversight, technical assistance, and coordinated planning of locally operated MTA- and FTA-funded transportation services throughout the region.
