Group is proud to announce that Transportation Planner Jill Chen received a renewal scholarship from the American Public Transportation
Foundation (APTF) at the 2009 Annual Meeting of the American Public
Transportation Association (APTA) in Orlando, Florida. In 2008, APTF awarded the Jack R. Gilstrap
Scholarship to Ms. Chen, who is a graduate student in the Master of Urban and
Regional Planning program at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State
University. KFH
Group’s President Sue Knapp sponsored Ms. Chen at the awards ceremony, where
Ms. Chen received a certificate from Linda J. Bohlinger, Chair of the APTF
Board. |
